Jess Bailey
Managing Attorney
Jess is the Managing Attorney of the Bailey Law Firm. Jess focuses her practice on business and real estate transactional law, as well as finance-specific compliance and transactional deals. Her representation has covered transactions in a variety of projects, from straightforward mergers and acquisitions to complicated deals riddled with compliance and regulatory matters.
Having previously worked in real estate, mortgage and property management, banking, finance, and environmental consulting, Jess developed extensive experience with a diversity of contracts and negotiations, most of which businesses encounter daily. This experience also provided her with greater insight into the many operational issues that companies face every day.
Jess has built a reputation for being an informative, knowledgeable, charismatic, and passionate counsel. She understands the real-world challenges and pragmatic decisions facing numerous industries. Irrespective of the project Jess works on, she considers all positive and negative factors that may affect the deal and the client’s business.
Jess holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Biology from University of Missouri in St. Louis and a dual Master of Science from Nova Southeastern University in Coastal Zone Management and Marine Environmental Science. Jess’s law degree was awarded by South Texas College of Law in Houston. An extensive educational and professional background helps Jess meet the most diverse transactional needs of the Firm’s clients.
Devon Walsh
Paralegal
Devon is an accomplished paralegal and joined Bailey Law Firm in 2022. She not only has extensive paralegal experience but also taught as an adjunct professor in the paralegal program at Miller Motte College in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Devon is motivated by a desire for progress-focused systems and process improvement. Her primary responsibilities are document drafting, corporate filings, bookkeeping, and client communications. Devon’s track record of initiative and dependability heightens the Firm’s effectiveness.
Devon holds a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from American Intercontinental University in Schaumburg, IL, and earned two Associate Degrees; Paralegal Studies from Miller Motte College in Fayetteville, North Carolina and Criminal Justice Technologies from Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Devon proudly served our country in the United States Army for four years.

Jessica Dvorak, Bailey Law Firm’s Marketing Director since 2014, is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in graphic design, advertising, client service, and office administration. Her dedication and attention to detail are evident in her roles, where she seamlessly manages social media, promotions, print media and visual communication.
With a solid educational foundation from Columbia College – Chicago, where she studied writing and film, and a major in Advertising, Design & Illustration from the College of DuPage, Jessica has seamlessly blended her marketing and graphic design skills. In addition, she spent 11 years in office administration and medical contract analysis. Over the past 10 years at Bailey Law Firm, she has played a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the firm’s website. Her goal is to provide visitors with comprehensive information on practice areas, facilitating easy navigation through the intricacies of business and real estate deals.
Currently holding the position of Marketing Director, Jessica is not only a seasoned professional but also celebrates a decade of dedicated service to Bailey Law Firm this June.
